Owner of successful bakeries in the Mercado Central and on the East Side of St. Paul, Filiberto Onefor opened his third location in the Midtown Global Market. The bakery offers Mexican sweet breads, cookies, pastries and cakes all made on site. Some examples of his desserts are the traditional tres leches cake, envinado cake (wine and liquored flavored), pina colada cake, peach rompope, chocoflan, mocha cake and strawberries with rum cake.
